Welcome to Caballero Portraits. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Reservation Deposit:

A non-refundable reservation deposit of 200 is required to secure your session date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your final package price.

2. Payment:

The remaining balance of your selected package is due on or before the day of your photography session. Payment can be made via PayPal or other agreed-upon methods.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. The reservation deposit can be transferred to a new date one (1) time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit. In the unlikely event that the photographer needs to reschedule, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date.

4. Image Usage and Copyright:

Caballero Portraits retains the copyright to all images created during the session. You will receive a personal use license for the digital portraits you purchase, which allows you to print and share the images for non-commercial purposes. You may not sell or alter the images without written permission. Caballero Portraits may use the images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and in print.

5. Our Happiness Guarantee:

We are committed to creating portraits you love. If you are not satisfied with the initial proofs, we will work with you to make it right, which may include a re-shoot at the photographer's discretion.

• To Provide Services: We use your information to schedule your session, process payments, and deliver your final portraits.
• Communication: We may use your email address to send you information about your session, as well as occasional updates or promotions from Caballero Portraits. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time.

3. Information Sharing:

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Your information is used exclusively for the purpose of providing you with our photography services.

4. Data Security:

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and ensure it is not lost, misused, or accessed by unauthorized parties.

5. Third-Party Services:

We use third-party services (Jotform, PayPal) to process bookings and payments. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
